1. General
Tidst is operated by Christian Hougaard, Denmark.
These terms and conditions ("the Terms") govern your use of Tidst ("the Service"), a time tracking application for Todoist users. By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms.
2. Service description
Tidst is a time tracking tool that integrates with Todoist. The Service allows you to track time on your Todoist projects, generate reports and export data for invoicing purposes.
3. Account and access
- You must have a Todoist account to use Tidst.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- You may not share your account with others or let others use your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
4. Pricing and payment
Tidst offers a 14-day free trial. After that, the service costs $3/month. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
- Payment is charged monthly.
- No credit card is required to start the free trial.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. User responsibilities
As a user of Tidst, you agree to:
- Use the Service in accordance with applicable law.
- Not attempt to circumvent security measures or disrupt the Service's operation.
- Not use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes.
- Ensure the accuracy of the information you provide.
6. Intellectual property
All rights to the Tidst software, trademarks, design and content belong to Tidst. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Service under these Terms. Your time entries and data remain your property.
7. Availability and operation
We strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We reserve the right to perform planned maintenance and updates. We will inform you of extended downtime.
8. Limitation of liability
Tidst is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost revenue, lost data or operational disruptions resulting from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
9. Termination
- You can terminate your account at any time via settings or by contacting us.
- We may terminate your access for material breach of these Terms.
- When you delete your account, all your data is deleted immediately. We recommend exporting your data before deleting your account.
10. Changes to terms
We may change these Terms with 30 days' notice. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall first be attempted resolved amicably. If the parties cannot reach a resolution, the dispute shall be settled by the Danish courts.
