How it works
Connect the projects you use for client work – in Asana, ClickUp, Google Tasks, monday.com, Notion, Todoist or Trello. When you complete a task in one of them, it can appear in The Queue with a suggested duration. Connect a calendar and relevant meetings can join it, already carrying their scheduled length. You confirm the duration, choose whether the work is billable, and log it – or dismiss it.
Nothing is logged automatically
The Queue is a review step, not an inbox that bills itself. Tidst can remember that work happened; you decide what belongs on the timesheet.
Time labels and tags
Tag a task with a duration before completing it – an Asana tag like 30min, a ClickUp tag, a monday.com tag, a Notion select tag, a Todoist label like @30min, or a Trello label – and Tidst can use that duration when the task reaches The Queue. A ClickUp task with Time tracked or a Time Estimate arrives with that directly. Google Tasks has no tags, so there Tidst suggests a duration from your history instead.
What Tidst does not do
Tidst is not an activity tracker. It does not monitor apps, websites, browser history or screen activity, and it does not see work that never reached one of the sources you connected. For that work there is a normal timer and manual entries. The Queue reaches back seven days, and only into the projects and calendars you chose to connect.
