Tidst brings completed Todoist tasks and relevant Google Calendar or Outlook meetings into one place called The Queue, so your timesheet does not have to start from memory. You review each item and decide what gets logged. Free to use.
How it works
Connect the Todoist projects you use for client work. When you complete a task in one of them, it can appear in The Queue with a suggested duration. Connect a calendar and relevant meetings can join it, already carrying their scheduled length. You confirm the duration, choose whether the work is billable, and log it – or dismiss it.
Nothing is logged automatically
The Queue is a review step, not an inbox that bills itself. Tidst can remember that work happened; you decide what belongs on the timesheet.
Todoist time labels
Add @15min, @30min, @45min, @60min or @90min to a Todoist task before completing it, and Tidst can use that duration when the task reaches The Queue.
What Tidst does not do
Tidst is not an activity tracker. It does not monitor apps, websites, browser history or screen activity, and it does not see work that never reached one of the sources you connected. For that work there is a normal timer and manual entries. The Queue reaches back seven days, and only into the Todoist projects you chose to connect.
